The Schroers & Schroers philosophy is reflected in classic, timeless design.

New things are created by people who do not settle for what they have achieved. People who have the will to make the best even better. We have been using this philosophy to design our audio and TV furniture for more than 15 years now. Through our innovative design objects we explore new paths and create new values.

Sound, appearance and furniture must be in perfect harmony. Solutions that are nothing but practical are history. Our objects are designed to fulfil more than the usual minimum requirements of form and function. They are designed to make sense.

The Product Line
We intend to offer our customers the best and each time a tailor-made solution for any of your requirements. We have developed objects for audio and TV systems of all sizes that can be freely combined and expanded anytime. They have convenient shapes, are made of high quality materials and have freely selectable surfaces, colours and features.

The Material
Schroers & Schroers have limited themselves to working with steel, glass and timber. We use materials that mankind has been familiar with for centuries. We call them “primal materials”.  They are loadable and durable. Each and every one of them has a particular, individual beauty and sensuality.

Glass
We only use glass of excellent optical quality and purity. The edge surfaces are highly polished, underlining the material’s crystalline clearness. Only with glass of such quality can the durable beauty and functioning of Schroers & Schroers glass furniture be guaranteed. Our glass constructions, reduced to a necessary minimum, seem to give weightless support to audio and TV systems.

Steel
The bearing element of our objects. We use 2 mm steel. This provides stable loading capacity for complex equipment of up to 300 kg. Surfaces are sealed using the powder-coating technique, making them robust, durable and easy to clean.

Stainless steel
To use stainless steel with a mirror finish as a basis for exclusive design furniture is a challenge. The objects from our stainless-steel collection are hand-made. This is because no machine can work as precisely, is as sensitive and reliable as the people in the Schroers & Schroers factory who make each piece unique and as distinctive as its owner.

Timber
The timber elements we use are made up of two components: a hard MDF core and a mirror-finish or structured lacquer surface. In contrast to solid wood, these components remain level and free of warps for a long time – a feature that is imperative, especially in high quality A/V components.
